Delete your ULC Toolkit account

This page explains how users of ULC Toolkit can request that their
account and associated data are deleted. ULC Toolkit is an independent campus toolkit
and is not affiliated with University Law College or the University of Balochistan.
1. How to delete your account (recommended)
- Open the ULC Toolkit app (or website).
- Sign in with the email and password for the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete my account.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box.
- Enter your current password.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion starts immediately after you confirm. You will be signed out when it finishes.
2. Request deletion by email (alternative)
If you cannot use the in-app option, email us from the address linked to your account:
- Email: saifagha389@outlook.com
- Subject: ULC Toolkit account deletion request
- Include: your account email, full name, and whether you are a student or teacher
We aim to process email deletion requests within 7 days of verification.
3. Data that is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove associated cloud account data, including:
- Login / authentication account (email-based account)
- Profile information (name, roll/staff id, role, academic profile fields)
- Student workspace data (semester records, marks entries, saved transcript-related data synced to cloud)
- Teacher workspace data (classes, rosters, attendance, marks, synced teacher desk data)
- Cloud-saved award lists and My Files metadata stored with your account
4. Data that may be kept (or is outside cloud deletion)
- Files already saved on your device (downloaded PDFs/Excel in Downloads or shared folders) remain until you delete them yourself.
- Guest / offline tool data created without signing in may remain only on that device until you clear app storage or uninstall.
- Shared session roster entries (roll number + name only, used for classroom coordination) may remain available to other teachers of the same session until those shared lists are updated or cleared through normal app use.
- Security / legal records that we are required to retain (if any) for fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or legal compliance — only for as long as required, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Retention period
- In-app deletion: account and associated cloud data are deleted promptly (typically immediately; backups may take up to 30 days to fully expire from backup systems).
- Email requests: processed within 7 days after we verify ownership of the account.
