LLB student · University Law College, Quetta · Batch 2025–29, Section A
Founder & CEO · Mumzy Kids, BA Mall Quetta
Syed Saif Ur Rahman — known as Saif Agha — is an LLB student at University Law College, Quetta, and the developer of the ULC Toolkit. He built this platform so students and teachers can prepare assignment covers, formal applications, award lists, and everyday study tools in one place — clean, print-ready, and easy to use on both the website and the Android app.
Saif Agha is also the Founder and CEO of Mumzy Kids at BA Mall, Quetta. He personally developed the full Mumzy Kids digital stack himself — the public website at www.mumzykids.com, the point-of-sale (POS) system, and the entire operational setup that keeps the store running day to day.
He is currently studying law at University Law College, with particular attention to constitutional law, civil procedure, and legal research. From January to February 2026 he interned with Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) in Quetta, where he contributed to media relations, content creation, and strategic communication work.
His academic path began with Matriculation in General Science from Government Boys High School Prince Road, Quetta, completed in 2022 with 79%. He then completed Intermediate in Computer Science at Government Postgraduate Science College, Quetta, in 2024 with 87%. He is now pursuing the five-year LLB at University Law College, Quetta, with an expected graduation in 2029 and a CGPA of 4.0 out of 4.0.
Alongside his legal studies, he works at the meeting point of design, data, and the web. That mix is what shaped the ULC Toolkit: practical campus software that feels clear on screen and professional on paper. He is based in Chilton Housing Society, Quetta, and can be reached by email or phone below.
